I don't understand how the fuck this game is so overrated. People claim it's the best rpg of all time and Square milked this shit to no end, releasing countless spin offs and they will even do a remake. I mean, it's a good game, but I don't see what is so fantastic about it. I've played several other games that are as much as good or even better than FFVII.
People also say that Sephiroth is the best villain ever, but he is just a generic "white hair, black clothes, katana wielding" guy. Was it FFVII that started this villain stereotype? I don't even know, everything looks generic as fuck.

What are some mannerisms you have imported from vidya?
I'll start:
1. From Solid Snake/Big Boss I copied the way they tend to repeat after people in a questioning manner. You know... how Snake asks "Metal Gear?" after someone has just said something about Metal Gear.
2. Assassin's Creed has taught me to give people a light push while navigating through a crowd. I also walk with my face facing down and my body a bit inclined forward when I wear a hood.
3. When I'm not feeling well, or (rarely happens) I've just been wounded, I sometimes hold a hand against my stomach while walking, like Leon from RE4.
4. In online games, I sometimes act like a unit from and RTS game and say something like "armed and ready" in the mic when I enter the game.
5. When I was in school, I used to run like Sonic with my hands behind my back.
There's others too, but these are the ones I've noticed more.
