Just completed it today, I had it download for a while now but didn't have enough time to play, then i found out it's a timed demo so i had to finish it soon. Great experience, one of the best demos I've ever played, definitely going to pick of the main game.

I have no desire to finish this game because of this. Archdragon Peak is constantly dropping frames and I am guessing the final area will too if I ever decide to finish Archdragon Peak. I put up with it until I had these last two bosses, but I just can't take it anymore. There's no reason for this game to be doing this on a 980.
Chances that FROMsoft is going to fix this? I am putting it at 0%.

What's the refresh rate for your display? Killer Instinct had a similar issue, it was later found out that they tied the frame rate to the refresh rate for some reason, it might be the same problem.
