HOW DID THE MANAGE TO FUCKING FUCK UP THIS SO BAD?
The first story had a cool finding and scanning feature with rewards for doing it. It was just you, your gun and killing monsters. But, in Resident Evil Revelations 2, they fuck that whole thing up! The bosses and mini bosses are annoying as shit, it's like all the bosses took inspiration from that monster calling out for sos in the first one. Every single engagement is a fucking nightmare and tedious.
Hidden ammo is replaced by small bull shit skill points of 100 here and there. Completely fucking useless. Occasionally you'll get a five round magazine that was hidden, but only after you have to tediously stop, switch character, realign and point at it for a second or two. It's god damn horse shit and your ai don't even have fire arms. Shit, one of them is a child.
With the exception of its raid mode, this story campaign is god damn awful. Jesus Christ.

the scanning feature is still there, although redesigned to be the pacifist's companion skill
also you should play mainly with the pacifist character when you're exploring and switch to the combatant when there's danger involved, so that you don't constantly need to switch them, dummy

Yeah it's not that great. I was happy with the first Revelations game. It felt like a good mix of 4 and classic RE. Lots of horror elements and scary moments with decent gunplay. Then Rev2 fucked it all up. Oh well at least Rev2 is better than that Outlast/PT/Amnesia garbage that 7 is trying to be. Fuck that game.My dream game is a classic RE game that let's you play as Sheva. Never ever.

Bow is the easiest Gunner weapon to learn and get into, but if you aren't staying in the correct distance then hunts will take a lot longer than normal.
Though they play differently, LBG and HBG both share many fundamentals between each other.
