I playing Resident evil 4 and I think I fucked up. This whole place (pic, see the arrows) is unexplored and the treasure is still there, but I can't go back because it's blocked. I'm in the cable car part.
Is there any way to fix it or just starting a new game?
Chapter 1-1 is the only time you can go there.

she's terrible at vidya, and I want to ease her into gaming with something casual and fun.
the best I've found so far was Magicka, but even that was too complex at times. she is absolutely terrible at anything in FPP, and tends to button mash when she panics.

I agree with this, MMOs are a great starting point to playing games. You don't need to press keys fast and the learning curves are extremely gentle because of the leveling process

Just started playing this. Why is it mission based? Was it because of the PS2 limitations? This game is pretty fun even though it feels a bit heavy. If most of the areas were connected like the non-mission areas (like between 6 and 7 I think) it'd be a lot more fun. Most of the missions are back tracking. I have the HD collection, does it ditch the missions later on?

I wanna get into fighting games and I've heard this is a good starting point, and it's cheap as chips on steam. Any opinions on this game for fighter noobs? Also will my xbone controller cut it?
It IS cheap, easy to get into, and quite good all-around, but the playerbase is dead on all platforms, I wouldn't recommend it unless you plan on playing with friends.
