Get good at landing shurikens instead of spamming fan.
At pointblank right click->melee->dash does 205 damage in half a second. Each shuriken does 35 damage (from both left & right click), swift strike does 50, melee does 30, and you have deflect as well.
Is it worth playing or should I just jump to 3?

Just finished Master of Orion II as the research people by building 2 invincible doom ships and rushing to the Antaran world.
Didn't expect the Silicoids to be able to take almost the entire galaxy though and eliminate everyone else.

How do I get good at these games, every single time I even start developing pop-guns the enemy factions just steamroll me with their fucking massive fleets and Death Star bullshit. I try to be slow and careful and build up rationally but he AI always crushes me unfairly.
Loved MoOII back in the day, the races and graphics were just so exotic and awesome. The AI was brutal though.
What's the verdict?

I don't think anyone is going to disagree with you. About the only time an archer hasn't been garbage is Delsus in Atelier Iris, and he used a crossbow.

It's also a pretty fun game.
Ive played it since it came out, and its probably been the worst gaming experience ive ever had. All of the characters are just retarded, and its not fun even in the slightest
