What is your favourite Harvest Moon game?
I think the consensus is often N64 or Back to Nature but I think friends of mineral town was the series perfection. The series lends itself to the handeld much more

I wonder if Nintendo knew, when they released the original in the very last year of the SNES, that it would spawn a cult classic series that would inspire a genre.
I always thought it was a cool idea back then. Had no idea there'd be a dozen games, or Rune Factory, or that new series that started last year.
Is there any 3ds harvest moon games that are like the old ones?
Currently playing through BTN and enjoying it. I was planning on playing Wonderful Life next but i've heard mixed opinions on it. Should I try Friends of Mineral Town instead?

Anything 144hz.
How powerful is your PC? The best monitors right now are either the 16:9 27-inch 1440p/144hz monitors with G-sync/Freesync or the ultrawide 1440p monitors with g-sync/freesync. Probably best to go with the 27-inch ones because they have a higher refresh rate, don't cost over $1000 and every game has 16:9 support whereas some games don't have 21:9 support....although I've used a fancy new ultrawide for a bit and it was awesome as fuck.

What's a reliable site for emulators? I know PCSX2 is one but I'd like to get one for the original Xbox and find some Nintendo ones because ever since they went through and took all the ones I used to sue down find a Nintendo emulator/roms that aren't some kind of virus is hard as shit.

Ah the pure benefit of creating my own character without reading anything online about the game.
I was able to plow through the game with my own weapons not giving a shit about meta. Still rekking invaders and pvping regularly, it isn't until now where the game is watering down. I've been watching pvp videos and reading these threads.
Either way, lightning maracas and exile greatsword yeaaaaa.
