Teamfights are boring if that's the only thing that happens in the game. If you removed everything from Dota 2 and left only the teamfights in then I'd stop playing it instantly.

HOTS has objectives though. Every map is some sort of unique, from size to what happens on area control.
Also, DOTA has a fucking awful camera system. HOTS has holding space to stay on the character, hitting space only once to center on it (and not some random spot on the map.. the fuck), etc.
How do you convince Sony to continue manufacturing the God Console?

Such a comfy survival horror-ish game. There was something very satisfying about uncovering the map through triangulation of landmarks. Being pursued by the creature was also thrilling without being frustrating and the way your character could stumble or fall if they ran too quickly down hill was novel.
Miasmata was absolutely bloody amazing, but it was a major financial failure and the studio (actually, just two brothers and their cat) gave up on game development. It was one of the games that got really unlucky and attained no support from the presses because it was just too weird for them to know what to do about it.
As for other games I wished got more support and love, I think of Original War, a fantastic and really clever RTS that got severally shafted in the development already, with a lot of content cut, then got (much like Miasmata) unfairly blasted by the presses and eventually fell into obscurity.

So Homeworld: Remastered is finally getting the 'formations' fix patch a year and three months on.
Will drop in 4hours or so. Basically enough people complained that mashing together HW1 ships in HW2 engine is a clusterfuck that does not work and gearbox put a team of one and a half guys to fix it.
So who else is going to actually finish HW:R SP now that its not a mess?

I already bought the GotY edition during a Steam sale so I'm not really sure what I'm getting aside from the game looking more like Dying Light.
I think it looks worse but that's just me. They also added a weird ghosting/blur effect to everything, including the cutscenes.
