Hey /v/, I got a 3DS. I'm having fun playing Zelda OOT and Shovel Knight, but what else should I get? I generally like RPG's and comfy games. I played Bravely Second and hated it (I generally like turn-based RPG's but this felt so devoid of life). What are some quality games for 3DS?

Are these different than Bravely Default/Second? I thought I would like the Bravely series but surprisingly did not because it felt stale and uninspired. The battle system didn't feel rewarding but just bland. I've been a big fan of the FF series so I was surprised I didn't like them.
Anyone able to help me move some weapons to a new character on ps4? I'd really appreciate it, am happy to do the same for anyone else.

Because the engine has no true concept of height, only the illusion of it, it's impossible to place a room on top of another one, and without a source ports, enemies are infinitely tall and impossible to run over, even from a "high" platform.
It really is just a cleverly arranged and distorted collection of 2d sprites.

Can we talk about this game? I honestly tried my fucking hardest to like this game but hot damn the controls and technical issues just ruined it for me. Dashing consistently is not reliable because of the constantly dropping framrate (FUCKING HOW WITH THOSE PIXEL GRAPHICS?), dashing in general doesn't make sense. You can dash over gaps but get blocked by enemies? What the fuck? The game would feel so much smoother if you would be able to dash through enemies. I'm sure some of you will say, "HURR THAT WOULD MAKE THE GAME BROKEN," yeah nah fuck you. It sends mixed signals to the player when enemies can pass through you with attack animations but you can't do the same with dash.
Also exploration is just fucking stupid. I'm all for rewarding players that pay attention to their surroundings but checking every pixel on a wall for a secret pathway? That's just tedious bullshit. Like I said before the game appealed to me in various ways (fantastic art directions, stupendous soundtrack) but the actual gameplay wasn't tight enough for me to enjoy it.
Anyone else feel the same?

Why has Nintendo's only "return of link" game been Majora's Mask?

I'm still baffled there hasn't been a major game built around timestopping as a mechanic. There's some with general time manipulation, but they never do stopping it justice(Probably for fear of making it OP)
Though, Dishonored with the right charms to give you tons of mana+Bend Time, is a pretty good one.

I feel sorry for people who play this on 3DS. It's such a world's difference between the 3DS and Vita version, to the point the 3DS version is sluggish and looks so god damn blurry and shitty.
Do yourself a favor and get it on PC or Vita. The 3DS version seems to be a really botched port, but I didn't encounter any bugs [yet].

I feel sorry for people who play Cave Story on 3DS. The control is far too "slippery" and imprecise. I played it first on PC and that's how I recommend as the only way to play it.
