What if a video game did physics simulations by having it so that:
>every entity has a region of influence that determines how something entering it will react and how it will react to the thing that entered
>something entering said region of influence can disappear resulting in the change of a parameter for the entity; and vice versa
>a group of entities could compile their code together
For example, a piece of iron could have code that says that if an electron enters, its electron count will go up, and if it has a high electron count it will attempt to send electrons somewhere with a lower electron count; and a bunch of pieces of iron grouped together don't have to each do this separately, playing pass-the-parcel with the electron, but instead they can just act as one.

Just got my hands on Arkham Knight and holy fuck this is a great game. I haven't been this atmospherically engaged in a game since Bioshock back in 2007.
Yeah sure they completely fucked up the PC launch, but on PS4 the game is beyond stunning. The level design is the best i've ever seen it, and graphically it's the best looking game out there. Such a shame the game was ignored because of the butthurt PCers who got jewed out.

No, the game is shit.
Plot is shit. Arkham Knight character was shit.
Level design is shit since it forces you to use the fucking batmobile even when you are inside buildings. There is always a fucking window or hole where the fagmobile can shoot his semen from.
No bosses.
Too many boring tank encounters
Final encounter is a let down.
The DLC are just 10 minutes missions with the exception of season of infamy which is still shit.
The missions are repetitive, almost filler in a collectaton.
Even worse than Origins, game in which at least I played as batman, not as a retarded tank.
And btw my Arkham Knight copy on steam runs at 60 fps. So no, the game is not beyond stunning in ps4.

I'm pretty sure this game was played by like 10 people worldwide, the graphics was shit even when the game came out and the animations are literally on the same tier as first Quake
BUT
it did good job at audio which in horror games is one of the most important factors and it's one of the few cases where random enemy spawns are a good thing the atmosphere was heavy as fuck despite not having any edge

Did you play Peace Walker before MGSV? If you haven't, you are in no position to complain how large of a departure MGSV is from the rest of the series. It's probably the most important game in the series for understanding everything in MGSV. You fuckers probably don't know you can take Paz to the beach and do lewd things to her in the love box.

PW worked because of the platform and how areas were structured. The same system in PW will not work on platforms that are far more capable than the PSP. Open world is a meme

Was there really anything wrong with Saints Row 3? I get that it was a drastic change in tone compared to 2, but I thought it was great fun.
