This undoubtedly has some left wing propaganda that does history a massive injustice by removing nuance, but even with this 1990s version of left-leaning bias, if this were produced today, it has a bunch of points where it would come under fire for being "far right wing". For example, acknowledging that women in the past had loads of power in their own right (basically the House of Representatives to men's Senate), or portraying an entire species of black people as anything other than perfect Gary Stus. That would be outright rebellious by today's standards.
