Does anyone else feel like Spectre, the organization, kind of came out of nowhere? I expected the movie to at least hint at where Blofeld got it together from. My assumption going in was that it had been formed from the remnants of Quantum after MI6 and the CIA took them all out, but instead it turns out Spectre was in CHARGE of Quantum, so now I don't know any more.
