Doubt it
Do you like Star Trek? How much have you seen?
I've watched TNG, DS9, most of TOS though stopped halfway through S3 because it became shitty. Watching VOY for the first time right now. Halfway through season 2. Never watched any of the movies although I have seen the Plinkett reviews.
>>64872776
Most of voyager and TNG. Hated DS9. Trying enterprise. Didnt start TOS yet. Saw JJ trek. Horrendous.
Watched all the TOS movies and a handful of episodes, all of TNG and VOY, halfway through DS9 at the moment. Never seen TAS or ENT
Obviously I like it.
How the FUCK did this not get a best picture nomination?
Same with Sicario.
/tv/ hates both films btw

Not enough of a meme flick like a certain furious road
>there are people who think that Star Wars is sci-fi
If you want real sci-fi go for quality and watch Avatar.

What ps6 game is the top one from
>>64871936
The real question is which ps3 game is the bottom on from.
>>64871874
Star Wars books are sci fi
Prequels were somewhat sci fi
Originals were fantasy
Sequels require you to shut off your brain and just accept what is happening

Space-peen comparison chart:
SS Botany Bay (Star Trek)
Eagle transporter (Space 1999)
Millenium Falcon (Star Wars)
Rocinante (ex-MCRN Tachi, The Expanse)
Name a bigger Mary Sue in Star Wars.
I dare you.
Luke
Rey.

I can't believe /tv/ actually likes that shit cartoon
It's two dimensional and childish
'In the book, Hermione wasn't all that attractive. Emma is obviously beautiful though. But she was still the perfect person for the role. Not saying that she was unattractive, she's gorgeous where as book Hermione isn't. But she's still cast correctly despite not matching my description of the character'.
I love every time this comes up an JKR has to bullshit her way through an answer
*kaff kaff*
Then why don't you post it on /lit/ you cancerous /r/book buffs
>that slav could've smashed any hogwarts student
>he goes for the 'ugly one' that he asked to spend the summer with him
What a crock of shit.
What's are the worst Oscar wins in history? Doesn't matter which category, just the ones which made people wft or just blatently didn't deserve it.
The Artist won best picture in 2012 and I still don't know why or how.
>>64869889
This was a very good film and a safe choice, not nearly the worst. It was beautifully directed and acted, charming, and about Hollywood, which the Academy loves. Script didnt amount to much, but still a good film.
The Artist was wonderful, and it deserved the award. I thought it was much better than all the other nominated films. There are far better examples of undeserved wins.
>>64869889
The Artist is a terrific facsimile of the Silent Era. The only people who think it doesn't deserve the awards it received are those with no understanding of Cinema history and the difficulties of creating and selling a silent movie in this era.
It's a far more important film than something like Dances With Wolves.

It's his best movie since Jackie Brown
BRAVO BAY
>people doubted based bay
>>64865095
It won't be as based as The Rock, but I'm pretty hyped for this this now.
>Sure, Bay indulges some signature cinematic fetishes. But he shows restraint with the slowed-down, sexed-up shots. War is gritty here, not glamorous.
>After a string of iffy Transformers movies, Bay reminds that he can do a much better action movie with humans than alien robots: 13 Hours is his best work in the genre since his 1990s hits Bad Boys and The Rock.
>It marries visceral Hollywood-style filmmaking (a Bay trademark) with sober subject matter in a manner that doesn't...

What's the worst movie ever made? I don't mean shit like the bottom 100 on imdb, I mean the actual worst, below the bottom of the barrel, garbage that most people don't know about.
