What wentwrong? This was supposed to be the ultimate capeshit trilogy. ¿Who we should blame?

Civil War wasn't a Captain America movie. It was Avengers 3.
What went right actually?

best thing to happen to television in years
I finally saw a commercial today that featured a black as in the wrong.
Usually they have some bumbling white guy acting like a dumbass while the black guy is the logical sense of reason.
Anyways the commercial was a reenactment of a peanut allergy after a woman eats brownies. A black chick comes into the room saying she forgot and the girl falls to the ground at the end.
It was such an anomaly seeing this that it actually stuck out in my mind

A legit masterpiece.
Burn the Witch brought me here
Was anyone else surprised by how neat this helmet looked?
The rest of the suit was just whatever for me but this thing was dank as hell.
Whenever he took it off, I just wanted to pick it up and use it as a paper weight.
This is seriously how I wish Batman's mask was designed.

Looks lame, very forgettable.

How would you have designed the helm?

>Space battle
>Ships maneuver like there's atmosphere
>space scene
>there's sound
Wouldn't a space battle be completely computerized, take place beyond ranges perceivable by the human eye and be over almost instantly based on whoever gets the first "shot" off, whatever form that shot may be, and thus be completely unfun in a film?
>spaceship in space
>engine is constantly thrusting
Really enjoyed this, anyone wanna discuss?
Fantastic cast, saved what could have been the most boring linklater movie yet.
>>69068756
Loved the cast, the dialogue, the lack of formulaic plot elements. Everything was great. When it was finished I was wanting another 2 hours. The trailer made this look fucking awful, I'm so glad I overlooked it. My wife (she's 25) didn't like the second half because she couldn't relate to it too much, and felt like the only girls on screen were presented as sex objects, which I didn't notice at the time, but she was right. Pretty interesting that Linklater didn't feel the need to try...

I thought the female lead was well-done though, and the main was unassuming enough to give the film a really innocuous tone that somehow came through in a film full of frat bros.
I really disliked Billy Hatcher, Plumber, the psychotic pitcher dude, etc at the beginning but grew to like the whole entire cast by the end. That's the magic of linklater is that he really allows chars to grow on you better than anyone.

Yeah that's a good point, I like how the weird pitcher guy came around and had more than just one dimension, stopping him from just being a meme character even though he was goofy as fuck. Everything just felt so fun, I found myself just smiling along to entire scenes, something I don't remember having done in a long time.
I can't get over how good the entire cast was, though. McReynolds was fucking great as a team leader. I can't...

Is /tv/ ready for the return of the best modern capeshit franchise?

Elephant in the room
Too much BBC quota filling
Hey, it's the guy from Top Gun
because every panel had at least 2 good comedians in every episode, in addition to Fry and Alan who are already funny.
it's rare for a panelist to be so bad that they can ruin an episode with 4 funny people on the panel, and in series e its often good choices for the whole 3 anyway.

Why? People loved previous dumb action-packed """Star Trek""" movies.
Im gonna go there
Beyond had the worst trailer of the 2010s so far

It is pretty good. Kbell a cute.

His best work actually besides Rwanda
I liked what I watched. But there wasn't enough there to make me go out of my way to finish it. I can only watch so many shows
Saw Taxi Driver awhile back. I thought it was pretty decent and that the ending was a cop out.
But the scene right before the credits, where De Niro picks up this smut, is haunting me. The noir style reflection of Travis looking in the mirror, then the twinge sound when he moves the mirror away. It's bothering me, I can't be the only one.
Scene in question

Thinly veiled cuck thread
>>69068397
it's been a while since i've seen the movie. can you please explain why you felt the ending was a cop out? i recall it being quite fitting result of his festering psychological issues.
>>69068576
You're just as paranoid as Travis in this film seeing cuckoldry in every single thread here. Do some exercise, get some fresh air pal.
