There is something I always wondered about fantasy settings how are the adventures able to not shit themselves when they see monsters or supernatural phenomena? I mean I can understand mages but a fucking thief or warrior who used to fight other warriors? Makes no sense if a let's say Crip found a demon in da hood you think he would go ''shiet nigga gotta bust some clips in this mothafucka''? No, he would run away.

depends how common magic and monsters are in the world, and how extreme an example they are seeing.
I mean, even if mages and magic are semi-rare, but most cities have a few capable of doing magical things, then even if the warrior or thief doesn't often see magical things, they will have seen them at least a few time, and heard about them a lot.
Or they might have scene stepping stones up to that level. Like, demons are rare and kinda freaky, but they've seen trolls and minotaurs before,...

A hunter who's only shot at coyotes, might not be able to take on a bear, and might be sensibly afraid. But he won't shit himself, and if he has a big enough gun to kill the bear, would be confident he could kill it. That same princible would extend up to the t-rex, just a much bigger gun.
The reason a hunter would freak out about seeing t-rex is that it would not be a thing he would expect and know about how they act. But if t-rexs were a thing...

I'm thinking about getting a leather cup for dice rolling purposes.
The problem is that so far, all I've found are $50 ones that look okay but I can't justify $50 on a cup, alongside $20 plastic cups with an ugly dragon on them and $20 badly made tiny leather cups that can only fit three or four dice.
how about pouches ? to keep dice inside and maybe character sheets and the like... ?

Suppose I give one of my players a (unmagical/mundane) sword or mace made of an especially dense metal, like, I dunno, uranium or plutonium or osmium (of course I'd change the name to something fantasy-like so it wouldn't be jarring), how would this affect base damage?
For example, in D&D 3.x:
A Medium steel Battleaxe for medium creatures weighs 6 lbs according to the Player's Handbook.
Making it out of uranium (almost 3x density) would make it around 18 lbs.
Would that affect damage? Or is that not enough of a weight increase to warrant such?

For something like 5e, add a strength requirement and give it +1 damage on top of normal damage.

Have you ever invented a spell, or wanted to invent a spell but your DM said no?
I once tried to weaponize a chain of non-lethal spells. I came close to my dream of an orbital Mount spell mass-driver system.
There's an arcane Faerun spell called the Symbul's sequencer, which converted any amount of spell slots into healing at a terrible efficiency rate, but was still a cool spell because it was arcane healing and made use of largely useless lower level spell slots.
I invented my own sequencer, which converted spell slots into raw damage. It was horribly unbalanced and dumb, and was something to the order that if you expended all your spell slots of 7th level and lower, you could deal over 1,000 damage with a single spell, reflex half.
In a campaign where plants took up the niche of undead, my DM okayed all of my cleric's spells and abilities that said "undead" to affect plants instead.
I was sorta a miracle-gromancer.

Are there any good systems for doing a boxing RPG, /tg/? Something that appreciates the difference between a jab and a cross and has room to roleplay training montages. Even if it's crunchy as hell I know my group won't mind.
There was one early 2000´s, Boxeo Izarrak, based on Basque legendary boxers, but the system used a D30 and movement tables...

You could do this in GURPS, but you probably know that already. Use Last Gasp and Martial Arts for nice details and fights that can end with fighters too tired to defend themselves.
