“Just about!” Rangiku laughs. “Something to do with the Dangai. We Lieutenants talked it over and sent Renji, Momo, and Izuru to take a look. About time those three got back on speaking terms.”

If she is a reigai you'd expect an immediate counterattack. If not Rangiku will hesitate, questioning whether or not Yoruichi intended to hit her. That will tell you for certain.
