Our relaxing must take place atop Angel somehow. He is obviously the most comfortable seat.
Somewhere, in forsaken waters, dwells the Winded Archipelago
Apparently cut from the rest of the world since ancient time by an unknown power, Gem Stone, who came to explore it with her father and a sailor, is now trapped here after a strange accident
The friendly folks of the island of Marack were she was found unconscious, took care of her and were willing to help her in her trouble
However, after a terrible demonstration from the Lord of these Lands, Gem is left alone with her friend Alga on this island
After meeting a strangely peaceful magical creature, they get to the island of Coto, where Gem finds her father
He’s accompanied by a Pegasus named Spume who leads a resistance to throw down the tyrant of the Archipelago
She brings Gem and Alga to their base of operation located in a cave hidden among lonely reefs
From there, they decided to explore the Temple Island and Volcanic Island in search of answers for their final operation
Relics and knowledge of the past awaited them and after many trials they returned crowned with success to their base
After an altercation with Spume, everyone chooses to take a day of for now, allowing the resistance to take a break before attacking of the residence of the Wind Lord and possibly getting rid of him
For Gem, she used this occasion to meet with two young members of the resistance, and became intimate with them

So will this mean that going forth, the "Countess Coloratura" persona will be phased out in favor of a new image? Ponyville certainly approved of her special down-scale performance, but it might be a hard sell to fans that weren't there. And Svengallop or no, her older repertoire had proven mass appeal. It'd probably be wise to keep them in rotation at least long enough for her to build more of a song list beyond those. She can still be smart with her work while rewriting the book!With Twilight recording some of a conversation to put Coloratura's manager on the spot, did any pony think to get her new song down, too?

Seems like Applejack's got at least two "Ra" friends in her life who sing. Rarity might not really be pursuing a full-time career in it, but the Pony Tones have done at least a minor circuit. Who knows? Maybe Coloratura will ask them to open for her as part of a charity event. From the sound of it, she really likes doing those. And there must be so much to be charitable for in Equestria! It could even be a meshing of interests and she could return a favor by performing for another show. Not that Rarity would impose, but it would undeniably be a boon for her profile - designer to the top pop stars? But how would Sapphire Shores feel about that?

It was inevitable that Pinkie Pie would make connections in the entertainment world; she befriends so many ponies that the difficulty may lie in finding some circles she doesn't have a hoof in, however tenuously. So with various factors keeping them from really catching up with each other before the concert, will Applejack and Coloratura get to get any small talk in before she's got to be off to her next gig? That is, if she even knows what that might be - there's a lot to make up for without Svengallop around. Restructuring is probably the next order of business and it's got to happen soon. So that may mean less time for camping buddies to swap anecdotes - but they could try to be pen pals!
