No idea what would cause a filly to be so strong aside from maybe really amazing genetics passed down through her already strong earth pony family. Happens in real life too with kids that look normal but have next to near super human strength when compared to everyone else their age or even many above their age. No idea what the hedgehog cutiemark could be all about though.Have to look into it and see if I can headcannon anything. All in all it's probably just very lucky genetics and obviously rare since Diamond Tiara called her creepy. More than likely she never saw anything else like that before.
