Manehattan may be a major city, but it's still got oases of nature amidst the streets and buildings. With the state of the park in Coco Pommel's neighborhood, though, it sort of begs the question of the most frequented areas and who normally maintains the parks. Is it all volunteer, or do some of the larger ones have patronage to keep employees on for regular groundskeeping? Some extra care from the weather teams would also go a long way towards keeping the flora fresh. It's all for the benefit of the residents to have somewhere green to relax.
