Has the Ponyville spa always had so many employees, or have they had to expand their operation to meet a growing demand? There have been some notable new inhabitants in moving in over the last several years. Perhaps it's signs of the town getting bigger, slowly but surely. The mayor'd surely welcome that, and it would be a cause for refurbishing Town Hall.

Gotta make sure the hot water supply's adequate for the demand, though.

Welcome to Equestrian Dungeon, the sequel to /mlp/ Tower. As in the last rendition of the game, the goal will be to get to the end of the segment or floor. Along the way, you will be able to keep items you find (and mischeviously bring along) in the Inventory, as well as work with a set number of players, dubbed "AnonPones," in the thread. AnonPones are created when a player joins the game. There are multiple interactive objects, such as switches, levers, giant metal springs, and the occasional undead or mechanical monstrosity that's out to kill your party. There are also many traps scattered throughout the floor, such as flamethrowers and bottomless pits, that also harm or kill your AnonPones. You have no floor diagram, alas "Flying Blind", and you will rely on

to move along.

Applejack's lived on Sweet Apple Acres most of her life, but how much of Ponyville's amenities had she been familiar with before making her best friends? Rarity'd been the only other one in town from an early age, but it doesn't seem as if they'd been as close before Twilight arrived. So certain aspects of the place might not have been much of a blip on her radar - it's a popular place, but would she have spent all that much time at the spa years back? Why, if only there were more of a look at the state of things before Nightmare Moon's return.

There's a great many things Twilight Sparkle could probably involve magic in to do for her, but besides the presence of entities that can render it useless or inert, there's always going to be that drive of hers to learn to do without it as well. It's a fascinating world and if there's an opportunity to test a guide, she'll often do just that. Applejack doesn't seem to call on her too much as it is! There's also the ever-present possibility of side-effects to spells, and in light of earlier farm mishaps, maybe it's usually for the best, anyhow..

The Ponyville spa sure is a popular spot, but with their unnoticed plumbing issue affecting the usual flow of costumers, perhaps they need to think about scheduling more downtime for maintenance. Ounce of prevention and all that. Even if they have a need to be in constant operation, that's the sort of thing that needs to be caught before it really hurts them down the line. Maybe Applejack can provide some more regular inspection assistance - they seem like they'd be grateful for the help.

Applejack let herself get a bit caught up in minor patches to her chores, but a step outside her routine helped reorient that view. She has a tendency to get caught up in her business, is all. It might not have gotten quite to that point if she'd had a second look sooner, though. Where have the rest of her family been? Big Mac's usually got a good level view himself.
