Take fish oil and vitamin C. Exfoliate with a loofah, get a new one once a month. Take cold water showers and wash your bedding at least once every two weeks. Collagen face masks are nice. Bio oil gives you soft skin and removes stretch marks, dermabrasion works similarly. Find a body wash without sulfates or anything like that, I use Vitabath stuff.

What do you mean showering with oil? You put the bio oil on twice daily, with dry skin. Don't wash it away you want to absorb that stuff. Are you exfoliating before and after epilating? I should mention I'm no expert these are just things I've learned and do.

So I am a 23 year old male, who is maybe trans or something. All I know is that from a young age I identified with female personas, did "feminine" activities. I also get really bad headaches very often. Within the last year, I started dressing with make-up & feminine clothing because it makes my body/brain feel better. I told me family, but they abandoned me. I haven't seen them in over a year.
I have never been in a relationship until about one year ago. I have known my boyfriend for a long time, but we only recently found out we could be more than friends. We are happy together, now, although we are ostracized by a large degree.
It's great to have come out, however.
