So how does a tranny vagina compare to a natural vagina? Does it function the same? Do trannies that got SRS get the same amount of pleasure as biological women?
It's functionally very similar, main difference being that some trans women can't self lubricate as much. Tissue, muscle, microbiota, etc. is all similar to identical, and the physical dimensions mostly depend on how diligently the person dilates.
There is no objective measure of pleasure but it's probably not really very different. Human genitalia is all the same tissue arranged in different ways. A neoclitoris won't have the same nerve density as the average AFAB person's clitoris but you can't really equate nerve density to pleasure - some folks' clitorises are too sensitive to the point of pain.
