I'm at 4 months HRT and I'm definitely noticing some changes (yay!), both physically and mentally.. but one of the weirder ones for me is my sexuality seems to be shifting a little bit.
I've always considered myself more bisexual than straight, or whatever.. but that always leaned way more towards being attracted towards female identity. Probably like a 80% attraction towards girls and a 20% attraction towards dudes. Even though, sometimes the sexualization of being with a guy would ramp that up, but it felt more like a fetishization of a taboo sex act, then an actual attraction towards whatever man I might have found myself with.
However, since starting HRT, I find myself actually attracted to guys. Not just by sexualizing the idea of being with said guy, but I'm like "damn, that dude is super hot." I'm not, like, worrried about it or anything. It's actually pretty fun evolving/exploring these new feelings.. but it still has me wondering..
Can/Does HRT affect something like our sexuality? It seems odd to me that it would, and I can't really see how it would in any way.. but since that remains true.. what the hell is going on?! lol
