I told my parents i was gay when i was 12 but the last few years (im 20 now) all my homosexual urges, desires, thoughts have gone away for some reason. Ok so I have been planning on self meddling as soon as I get the cash at the end of the month, but today I went to see a new doctor. When I came out to my last doctor as gender dysphoric, she ordered a blood test to rule out other explanations, and then she referred me to my new gp who specializes in sex stuff.
I asked him today what my testosterone levels are and he said “um….30…”. Then i said “so 30nmol? That’s high isn’t it ? shit.. I guess that’s why I am going bald.” We had a long ass talk about hormones, and I realized his ideas of what to prescribe...

Just call him and express desire to see an endocrinologist separately so you can start doing HRT as soon as possible. It sounds like he's unfamiliar with HRT which would generally be fine, besides regular bloodwork and consulting specialists it isn't really an involved procedure on his end, but if you feel unsure about it then definitely get a second opinion.
If you have a legitimate medical route available, there's no good reason to self-med.

Try the 200mg spiro and the estrogen he gives you. That regimen works for plenty of people. Spiro nuked my testosterone at 200mg.
I did switch to cypro anyway due to some negative side effects that most don't wind up getting, at least not with the severity I got them with. It was like 2 years in that I made the switch.
Take the spiro. 3 months isn't much time and you've got the finasteride so that's something. If it doesn't work, self med cypro or try to convince him to switch...

Who is telling you they are x gender? If the person is a white cis heterosexual female who is middle class and goes to college, chances are it is special snowflake shit. If the person telling you they are X gender is assigned male at birth chances are their gender identity is legit as they put themselves in real danager to tell you their identity.
