Why is it that in these transition timelines that people always seem to because lighter skinned and their noses become narrower?

Skin is probably a combination of lighting, the skin getting thinner and cleaner and time of year with regards to tans and such.
Nose is mostly cartilage which shrinks with estrogen. That or they all got a nose job or something.

The effects of hormones aren't permanent until about 6 months, just try them out for a couple and see if they make you feel better

My father died when my mom was pregnant so I obviously didn't have a relationship with him, but I lived with my grandfather for the first 13 years of my life and he was my father figure.
I don't think it had any effect on my gender or sexual orientation. It all depends honestly. Some guys "become trans" because it's a way to cope with not having girlfriend.
