The handle to blade ratio doesn't do it for me on the espada.
I have a G10 large Espada. The XL really seems like overkill, I don't see anyone being able to EDC it comfortably. But it is fucking pretty.
Okay, can someone please explain WTF is going on with all the recent conflicts being so god forsaken slow?
Armenia-Azeri 1 week a few square km’s changed hands and maybe 100 dead
Russia intervention in Syria: 7 months, a few thousand square km’s changed hands, and maybe 10000 dead
Russia intervention in novo Russia: 2 years (7 months of Russian invasion with more than 2500 Russians dying), ~6000 square kilometers changing hands, ~15k dead.
Seriously why have these all been so slow, when a decade before we had:
Invasion of Iraq, 5 weeks, 15k dead 438000 square km changing hands
Invasion of Afghanistan: 3 months, ~20k dead, 652000 square km changing hands
Has something new been developed that prevents mobile warfare? Have the modern combatants simply sucked at warfare? If so, why? (by that I mean why have they been having problems moving and fighting, whereas the us had absolutely no problem wiping out other third rate countries)

You can't expect every country to move at the pace of the US army on warpath.
When war drags on for a long time with no progress, shit doesn't change for a while. Since in a lot of cases a 1st world military isn't fully commited (Russian intervention in Syria only partially counts, they were there as advisers and to run CAS not to fight the SAA's battles for them). Sometimes its geopolitics, sometimes it's a legitimate stalemate. Hell there's some places where war has gone on for decades without end (FARC in Columbia, Muzzie/Commie insurgency in Flipland, unending fuckfest in the Congo, etc). I'm sure sometime in the next decade or two one of the world big powers will come in and shreck some smaller nation but for now it's basically waiting for a breakthrough in one of the ongoing conflicts.

Whats the best appendix holster for my glock brand glock 19? i've been eying the trex sidecar but im not sure if i want to drop 100 just on a holster. I prefer an extra mag part but it isn't necessary. Anyone else carry a 19 appendix?

I bought this kukri at a big ass flea market. Pretty cheap considering the condition.
It's rusty and the leather on the sheath is stiff and dry as fuck.
I wanna deal with the rust, restore the leather and otherwise make it as shiny as possible.
