How they calculate this shit is beyond me.
I would calculate based off of:
Size
Technology
Force Projection Capability
Senior NCO experience
Senior Officer Experience
For me that would make the list:
1) US
2) Russia
3) UK
4) France
5) Germany & Other NATO allies involved in ISAF
China has size. That's really it. It's tech is crap, it can't project force, I don't think even their oldest generals have combat experience at this point.

Lieutenant Colonel John Malcolm Thorpe Fleming Churchill, or more commonly known as “Fighting Jack” was a British soldier renowned for his outlandish battle techniques in World War II. Routinely called mad, Churchill would go into every battle with a Scottish broadsword slung across his back, bagpipes under his arms, a longbow, and a quiver with arrows.
Churchill joined the army relatively early in his life. He joined the Commandos because it “sounded dangerous,” unsure of what his duties would be. Churchill was put in charge of raiding several German garrisons and became famous for his strategies. While in Poland, Churchill would give the signal to attack by shooting at the enemy commander with his longbow. This marks him as the only known British soldier to have killed an enemy with a longbow throughout the entire war.
Churchill also became famous for his routine attack style while trying to capture different enemy territories. He would jump from his position while playing a tune on his bagpipes. As he did this he would throw a grenade and sprint into the midst of the fighting, attempting to fell as many men as possible with his broadsword!

So i'm barely 18 and fully leagle to buy a gun, only question is what shotgun do I get. I'm pretty much going to exclusively use it for trap and skeet and am looking to keep it in the cheaper side. I want to reload some pistl rounds, like 8mm Nambu and rifle rounds like .223 and .44-40

Explain to me why we can't build another one of these, replace the main guns with rail guns, replace the AA guns with CIWS and missiles, take away the armor and add in modern sensor technology.
I feel this would be an excellent addition to a CSG, superior to the Russian Kirov class cruisers, capable of taking on entire enemy fleets on it's own.

We've had a lot of guns on the farm, but are most happy with a couple of H&R single shot 20 gauge Pardners.
Usually low-base 7-8 shot for stuff in the chicken coop at night with some 6s on the butt-cuff.
Simple, inexpensive, just keeps on working.
Guess they don't make them any more.
