Not cheaply. You could use chemical blue of some kind and that might help a little, but it could also just ruin everything.
Just buy it, use it for a while, keep it oiled to prevent rust, and then consider re-bluing once it's really started to wear.

In my experience, no. At least not in the Marine Corps anyways. I enlisted infantry and was in a company with a sniper platoon. They were good guys and everything but besides having a couple different weapons and ghillie suits they were no different than standard infantry.

I live in Brazil, my country some time ago suffered what can happen to you, your government wants to disarm you. Do not leave the state to disarm the population. This only increased crime in his country, as happened (and happens) in my country !!! My country has a global reputation for its high crime, we are afraid to go out on the street, and never killed both with firearms in my country and after disarmament. Guns do not kill people, people kill people, guns serve for our defense, let the government disarm you !!!
Brazil gun laws now:

CBC (who owns Taurus and Magtec brands) paid some politicians to ban imports. Basically their guns now get shittier and more expensive every day.

Taurus pistols (all in .380) = U$ 1100 to 1500
Taurus revolver (.38spl) = U$ 800 to 1000

Didn't see a Bug Out Vehicle thread in catalog, so I decided to start one and ask for advice.

Toyota Hilux or Land Rover Defender. I can attest to both being useful and good innawoods in a military situation. The Defender especially has a lot of space and can transport a lot of people or gear. Had one as my personal vehicle during excercises inna FDF.

I'm not sure you can get all of those things you want without some tradeoffs. For example, a good 4x4 drive is going to lower your MPG, especially if you opt for some off-road tires. Secondly, you're buying used, and since you can't get older Land Cruisers or Nissan Patrols, you have to settle for the next best thing. I'd go for a Hilux or a 4Runner with decent mileage and healthy engine. There's a plethora of aftermarket parts you can install, and they're reliable. I'd stay away from Defenders.
All the good technical vehicle are b& in the free states. No hilux or non rich fag soccer mom land rovers for burgers.

Any gun owners from Germany here? I live in Nothern Germany ([spoiler] Bremen[/spoiler])and thought about getting into firearms a long time ago. But it all seems like way too much of a hassle. Anyways there are two things I'm asking myself:
Is it true that the police can visit me any time, without notice, to see if my weapons are safely stored?
Is it true that, if I apply for a gun permit after being one year in the Schützenverein, the authority can just say "lol no" and that's that? My state is kinda famous for being degenerate after all.
The police can visit you, but as far as I know this doesnt happen often and sometimes they let you know beforehand or are satisfied with pictures.
I dont think so, you have the right to own guns if you have a need for them, thats why you have to spend a year shooting. Unless you have committed any crimes of course.
