I'm in dire need of a gun safe, I've got $500 to spend, any recommendations? I have two scoped rim fire rifles, two AR's, one with an aimpoint pro, a shotgun, and about 10 pistols. Of course I need room to grow.

Does anyone feel like gunpowder literally ruined combat? I mean, any retard can shoot a gun. Apart from "Chris Kyle", there are no famous "warriors" anymore. And he's just some sniper who shoots civilians.
Imagine if we still used swords. I'd be able to master my craft and be one of the best. Combat would be up close and personal, not fought with a playstation like in 2015 (muh drones).

As a less than stellar physical specimen, I'd rather have a gun than a sharpened hunk of metal that I would require me to get up close and personal with someone in order to kill them.

I've been trying to decide whether my next purchase will be an AR or a Mini. I really want to add a 5.56 rifle to my small collection. Every time I Google around for opinions, someone says "fuck 'em both, get a C93."

If you're looking for a rifle you can heavily customize, the HK93/C93 is not the rifle for you. If you want to make your rifle 'yours' get an AR and fiddle with it however you please. The 93 is a rifle for people who want something that's fun and out of the ordinary, while still being an effective 5.56 caliber rifle.
Personally, I like them a lot. To me, the ergos of the HK/CETME family are much more comfortable than the ergos of the AR family. If you're already familiar with those ergos but want something lighter than a 91, the 93 is the way to go.

You can use it with just about anything as long as you can either buy or make the needed adapters.
You probably can't find adapters labeled as baofeng, however they use the same interface as kenwood radios, so look for those instead.
That is a U-174 connector, same as helicopter flight helmets/headsets. Google away.

I'm not sure if it fits what you're looking for precisely, but The British Army Guide is a pretty good book on the UKs military.
The make-up of rifle sections within the 24-man platoon is pretty adaptable depending on their task.
You get blokes operating anywhere from 3x 8-man sections (2x 4-man fireteam), 2x 10-man rifle sections (2x 5-man fireteams) and a HQ team, or as 2x 12-man "multiples" (3x 4-man fireteams)
Well, in the Danish army, we have a standart manual, that shows standart movement formations, and what the role is of each man, it also has a list of the commands used by the SL

Need some help restoring this H&R arms Hunter model/model 933.
When I got it it was rusted to shit and missing a bunch of parts. I've since cleaned up most of the rust and identified what parts I need.
Main spring and the entire ejector rod assembly.
My question is, how much should this cost me in parts and having got the thing for free, is it worth restoring beyond this point. It's pre 1930. 9 shot as all these are and its got the original cylinder and grips.

What are the pros and cons of drones vs manned aircraft? Is the Reaper currently the "top dog" of killer drones, given that Australia is buying them? Are there any jobs which can NEVER be done by drones? Also, the USA seems to be the biggest user of military drones, by far. Have Russia/China had any success in building similar aircraft?

Slightly off topic, but I've seen a RC reaper drone on sale. very tempted to buy one, then circle it over a place occupied by Allah's own. To see the reaction, pretty sure I'd get arrested though.

On an unrelated matter, Chinese scientists recently theorized that it is possible to communicate through a plasma sheath by using the plasma sheath as part of the antenna circuit. It's a very clever idea. In the past, everyone has been trying to brute force it and punch through the plasma sheath.
