Any of you guys ever thought about or formed a community action type group to combat villainy in your neighborhoods? I'm not talking about militias, but groups that actually go out and confront pedophiles and rapists (just villains in general) about there evil deeds and make the proper moves to get them arrested or move away or just stop what they're doing outright through fear of repercussion. It's just frustrating. Why aren't there groups like this that are trapping and turning over pedophiles and such? I know why I'm not a part of one. Because I can't...

Thats called harassment, and its illegal. Even if the person is a shithead, they still have rights.
Besides, in the past such organizations have attacked random people based on rumor or bad research who didnt do anything wrong and ruined thier reputations and livleyhood.

Differences between Inglis Hi Power and Sig 226?
I think I'll be using the Hi Power in two months when I go off to basic. I know the CF issues Hi Power's to mostly everyone except officers and operators.
Is there any chance that infantry are issued Sig's instead? Which is the better pistol and why?

Well I know the Sig is used worldwide by Seal's and I think CSOR + JTF-2 use them as well. Also heard there's an abundance of these Hi Power's.
I figured if you were infantry, they should be giving you a Sig. Maybe if you're going to be out of harms way all the time then a Hi Power would suffice.

Nice gun, but they wouldn't be my first choice for SD.
My grandfather left me all of his guns. Two of which were .410's both of which I really enjoy. A model 42 Winchester in damn done condition. (I love this gun) and a old break action that my cousin fucked up the finish on the barrel. But .410 is a super fun and fairly practical round. I just wish it was cheaper/more common.

I think its finally done. I've been mapping bases and last known unit deployments in the Turkey/Syrian conflict zone. I used Open source stuff like globalsecurity.org, militarybases.com, and up to date conflict news. I also included airport codes where applicable.Let me know if a larger resolution is needed or to explain any of the shorthand I used.
Feel free to use as a template for tracking more dynamic events like attacks or troop movements.

and since you need to practice to git gud and you can't afford to buy the gun cash and therefore are poor, you'll never afford a decent scope and won't be able to afford to practice enough to use it to its potential

As title says, wanted to trade my Glock 17 for a Sig SP2022. Got offered pic.
Glock 17 is a Gen 4 with 3 mags and two alien gear holsters plus original box and accessories.
Sig comes with two magazines, two holsters and other original items.
Is this a good trade or am I fucking up? What does /k/ think of the SP2022? Should I ask for more? It would be a straight trade.
