While pleasant to hear, it's a little too late unfortunately. See, the problem with journalism and statistics in the U.S. (and I imagine a lot of First World Countries) is that once a person learns of a fact or something, like this for example. They're not too interested in following up on it or questioning it's authenticity at all.
I think the proper term is confirmation bias. Once the anti-gun folk hear that "THERE'S BEEN 355 MASS SHOOTINGS THIS YEAR!!!!!" then they latch on to that because it's a big scary number that gets people...

I never cared for the .40 s&w
But I am going to a glock next year most likely either 17/22 I like full size service pistol and don't ccw,plus range is full of glock 19/23 fags so to me the glock 19 is the most boring handgun you can own.

That's sort of why I got my Ruger SR40C. Fires well, I haven't had any jams or other malfunctions, and the ammo is plentiful, especially during that 9mm drought in IL a few years back. Other than being able to hold 1 bullet less ammo than a 9mm, I enjoy my .40 s&w. Found that many stores offered it at a smaller price compared to the 9mm, due to the low demand for .40 and high demand for 9mm

This. Exactly what I've done with my 23. I don't know why so many people complain about the .40's recoil. It's really not that bad.

The trigger retainer pin wobbles a little bit from left to right is that normal?
