I want to add in a sprint day to my running schedule but I can't figure out the best way to go about it whether it be 400m repeats, high rep 50m sprints, 100m sprints etc. Cheers.

go to home depot and in the paint aisle there will be this stuff called "Rust Remover". Its good at removing rust but it smells of horrible. Loctite brand is breddy gud but remember the smell and don't do it indoors
