What browser are you using? If you are with firefox, just click in the monkey, look for set up Extra Flags for /int/ and click it. Then it will appear a box where you can enter the region name, although leaving it black should autodetect it, it sometimes doesn't work.

Yes, yes it is Andorra. The only other flag which looks even similar is Moldova. And of course by extension they look similar to Romania/Chad, but they both have seals.
For whatever reason, Andorra's text representation just shows up as "Unknown" in 4chan's implementation.

Look at the islands WEST of South America - on the left is Cook Islands, and on the right is French Polynesia.
The ones above them are USMOI and Kiribati, which are better off identified from the parts of them on the right of the map.

Quite a few African countries are common and legit: Sudan, Ethiopia (which has like 4 posters), and South Africa for example
The rest might be legit, but are largely by chance I know there's an American in Mozambique and another in Guinea, both doing aid work. There's a brit in Tanzania, another foreigner in Guinea, and legit black African posters from Senegal, Togo, Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda and Gabon. They post occasionally.

There aren't really clearly defined regions outside of the massive states. People still do align with states for sporting reasons, and to group broad accent groups, but they really don't represent too much.
A regional map would either be overly simplistic, or arbitrarily difficult to fill with so many bullshit little cities scattered around, 39 in the database at the moment. A lot of large cities like the Sunshine Coast don't have flags at all, or even council logos or a coat of arms to represent them.

Usually when a stealth rare posts a few people will notice and reply to the post saying RARE, so look out for people replying to a French flag and saying that I guess.
