(R+G+B)÷765×100
with 0 being black and 100 being white

How did you came up with 768? I think you're just used to see that number in dimensions.

the finger animation is a little stiff though.
you should start using the rule of thirds when drawing the in-betweens to make the movement smoother.
take a look at the "timing and spacing" section of pic related.
there's a pdf of it online posting a link to it is detected as spam.
