Maybe take 2 minutes of your day laying on a flat floor. Make sure to do that either a good 10-15 minutes before working out, or after stretching after working out. This will avoid post-workout soreness.
Don't over do it or you might hurt yourself in the long run.
Couple it with corrective exercising and stretches.

Do back exercises.
Hang on to a monkey bar. Both upside down and upside right to stretch your spine.

Know which posture related deformation you have and find appropriate methods...

Also, the food thing is complicated. I am literally never hungry, was dieting and battling hunger, then went to jail on some bullshit and have never had my appetite come back. I feel energetic, as mentally as sharp as I did in high school, and my sleep schedule has massively improved. I no longer bounce between feeling tired all day and not being able to sleep more than a couple hours at night. Is this my body making up for not eating by burning fat, and more importantly, will my appetite return once I am at a good weight?

Start off with glute bridges, SLDL, glue/ham raise, and other hip extension exercises before progressing to the deadlift. If your glutes are that weak, your back will be very susceptible to rounding on a normal deadlift. Lunges instead of squatting will make you less likely to shift your knees forward, and hits the same muscles as a squat. Once you learn to shift your hips back and out weight on your heels, progress to the squat and deadlift.

yes, I did 4 sets of squats two days ago. Still hurt like shit to walk today, the soreness is how you know it works.

Deadlifts are good for core and lower back, so if you only want butt and leg gains do heavy squats.
