You can do so by adding the ad server to the "Javascript Whitelist" setting, but it's not recommended. 4chan's ads contain malware since Hiroyuki took over.
The other is 4chan X trying to check the archive list for updates, but you are blocking it with another extension.

The OZC rip has dual audio, althought they removed their torrents when the Zeta BD was announced for a statewide release. It's on animebytes, but not any of the other usual sites so your best bet is to get an AB account. Also OZC removes all the grain.
