Best one I found is PIA. They have an app for android and UDP is plenty fast on my 24mbps connection and Boost Mobile LTE. Never had any problems with them and only pay $40/year.

I found it pretty average, at least in its characters. A lot of things about it, like animation, premise, music, tone, etc. are all great, but it was really banking on the characters and I just didn't really care for them, so.
