I'm trying to remember the name of a movie that I saw years ago.
The film is about some black man and involves drugs.
At one point, the black man's mother dies of heroin overdose in front of him when he was little, a few years later, with him older, he delivers heroin to his father, who also subsequently dies of overdose in front of him.

So my laptop suddenly had his GPU clockspeed stuck at 960 MHZ and a reboot doesn't seem to fix it. Is there any solution to this problem ?
Is it still at 960mhz while gaming? Most gpus will go down to ~300mhz when there isn't anything demanding going on
