I'm sure you get at least a dozen threads like this every day /wsr/, but if you'll have the patience to hear me out, my situation is this:
I haven't watched any anime. Ever. Well, I do remember watching some Pokémon, Dragon Ball and possibly other stuff when I was very young, but I can only remember disjointed scenes now.

Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood. It's something that I feel is basically the best for anyone that's just coming into anime and it fits all three of your "guidelines". It's 64 episodes long, but it's got everything from great animation to a loveable cast of characters to great world-building. Highly recommend it above all else.
If you don't want to jump in head-first into a 64-episode show, definitely watch some of the Ghibli movies. Porco Rosso, Princess Mononoke, Nausicaa,...

I have a few questions about this program Easy Binder 2.0. I understand that is program is specifically about creating malware and merging viruses with other legitimate files. Are these programs legal??? I have taken an interest in "Ethical Hacking" learning about how malware is created, and I cannot for the life of me, find this program anywhere. It's not subbed anywhere because it's only been showed in theaters, the BD will come out in like four months, then you get to wait another week and watched it once commie subs it like they always do.
Also that's not the place to start the series, watch Bakemonogatari.

Shut that mouth of yours man the only slang i used in that whole sentence is using shit instead of some other word. If the entire sentence all of a sudden doesnt make sense because you cant figure out how to associate shit with the rest of the sentence then fucking slit your throat.
