I have a few questions about this program Easy Binder 2.0. I understand that is program is specifically about creating malware and merging viruses with other legitimate files. Are these programs legal??? I have taken an interest in "Ethical Hacking" learning about how malware is created, and I cannot for the life of me, find this program anywhere. If it was uploaded on Mediafire to download, it immediately gets taken down. The only downloads that I do find are loaded with viruses themselves. I am not looking for where to download, I kind of already gave up, I just want to know now if the programs by themselves are illegal or not.
