Go get it, that's pretty rare. I've caught Squirtle and Wartortle, haven't seen any fully evolved starters.
Also it takes 25 candies to evolve squirtle and 100 to evolve wartortle.

Whats the point of Pokémon Go? Im just curious cause i dont know much about the game and i'm pretty sure i missed something. I downloaded the most useless games like flappy bird, CoC, Agar.io cause i knew they were funny for few weeks and they have something competitive in them, but i won't even download Pokemon Go. There are plenty of games that focus on collecting monsters. Shin Megami Tensei, Ni No Kuni, Dragon Quest Joker, Digimon, Yokai Watch etc. You can just make another entry in the genre instead of begging to get sued/C&D
