Pokemon GO is coming out in February. It's going to be huge. There's going to be a massive influx of new people coming to /vp/ for it. I mean, MASSIVE. For every one person with a DS, there's 100 people with smartphones.
Will a general be enough to contain that sort of newfag migration? Or do we need to have other measures in place? We may even be able to beg for a sticky with such a large scale event.

Why is it mostly japanese players who disconnect when they are going to lose?
About 90% of my disconnects are from japan, especially when I take out their legendaries or ruin their strategies.

Ok so you go into a pokemon center and everything is free. Free health care. The pc is free too and openly available to all, irl there would have to be computer labs or else there would be massive lines of trainers at the computers. Unless there was a "pc app" for pokephones lol. Children are expected to pick a career path from a young age. Not everyone becomes a trainer yet somehow this is the acceptable thing to do at 10~ years old. Child labour? Free range parenting? They pretty much never talk about the actual government in pokemon. Besides the old wars the world appears to be a one world government (illuminati confirmed). The bad guys in the series and anime mention the phrase "New world order". Particularly in gen 4. This makes the bad guys have opposing political views basically. Not to mention the stigma with using nwo and the connections to real world ideas it says. Everything is quite red in pokemon and bright red things are a symbol of communism. The pokeball is actually a very ancient sacred symbol. Similar to how the swastika, and the 5 pointed stars on the american flag are also ancient sacred symbols.
Nintendo has been known to put odd subliminal messages into games and then take them out if future updated versions. For example. Ocarina of time has Islamic symbols all throughout the game. There is also a quite quiet Islamic chant in the background of the fire temple music. Both were removed in future versions.
So its clear the government in pokemon is either socialiat or communist. They must kill all of the homeless people too because when have you ever seen one in the game? Not even lumiose had homeless people, it had backpackers. What about black people? Outside of gen 5 there are pretty much no black people in the game. Japanese people are known to be very racist so maybe they genocided the black people too. Let's not forget that animal fighting is literally THE shit in these games.

When there was an earthquake in Japan, they pulled an anime episode because it showed buildings being destroyed by Hyper Beams and they were scared it would be triggering or whatever the fuck.

The current anime OP shows a massive energy beam rising up from Lumiose City with Perfect Zygarde in the middle of it and Olympia prophesized that Kalos will be enveloped in green flames. Unless they do massive rewrites, shit will go down soon regardless of real-world events.
