This morning I received a survey from Nintendo.
It asked shit about my age and sex, what I use to play vidya and then it asked about yo-kai, what I think of it and more things, showing designs and so on. And then it asked how many pokémon games and the final question:
"Do you think Pokémon is still popular?"

They are deciding RIGHT NOW if for pokémon is over and if they need a new cash-cow.
We were sure that yo-kai would never be better than pokémon, and that's true. But we didn't considered that Nintendo itself would kill one franchise in order to help the new one in its rise.

That could be just gameplay to make the game easier through.
I think for them to do that they'd need to differentiate a black out and the trainer getting a game over (dying) by losing to a wild Pokemon in some areas or to team villain members. In these higher stake battles a KO'd Pokemon might need a day or more to fully recover depending on how much extra damage they took from the last attack.

Erm. Not the best by a long shot. Still a decent game that every hardcore fan should give a shot.
I still have my Mt. Battle Ho-Oh. I'm sorry, but I was young and I'd never waste that much time on a video game ever again.
Aside from that, the plot was good. Just super slow when it came to catching and purifying Pokemon.
