It takes more than Stats and Ability to determine that. If this thing is supposed to be a glass cannon, might as well go all the way, with 50 HP and 175 Attack, Baton Pass and Agility and you might have something. But if this thing is a physical attacker the best Stab move only has 85 power, which works against it's attack, unless you give it a signature attack. Would make a good Ice sharder though
