I finally figured out the use for the Analyse button on chemmasters
If you put blood in a beaker and analyse it there it tells you the blood type and DNA hash
You can use this to identify husks and headless bodies by copypasting their blood's DNA hash into the medical records
Not very useful but at least you can say who died

I never had any problems like that myself. I've only fallen through the world at that slide in soulflayer canyon and a rest room in BBI.
Honestly the ring is probably more useful anyway. Chimeras don't exactly have very advanced strategies.
