Me and my boys investigated the new Tisy military base last night, the changes are really cool even though they don't spawn anything. There's helipads, what looks like garages for tanks or armored vehicles, and some new military buildings. Cool place and worth the long drive, just don't come without food + water + ammo, and don't come expecting to find any loot rarer than generic military base loot.
