How do you guys figure out how to code something specific if you have no idea what to do? For example I want to make a timed turn-based game but I can't find shit online that explains it so what do?

So I just went through the Spanish and German translations of weapons and Hunting Arts in the demo.
The Spanish version shows consistent quality, some knowledge of the Japanese original and that they at least put some thought into it when they couldn't find a good translation. Except for "reuniĆ³n camaradas".

Planning on buying some leveling. My smurf is currently level 19 but I don't have the patience to level it the rest of the way, with all the bots and shit. Has anyone ever gotten banned for buying a leveling service? NOT A LVL 30 ACCOUNT.
