It's a better idea to keep a few % body fat in case you need to go a few days without a significant source of food, which is not unlikely. You'll still feel hungry, but without that body fat, you'd likely feel much more fatigued (because you literally don't have enough calories to live), which is gonna make it a lot hard to find food in the first place.
Plus, the alternative is your body cannibalizing muscle, which you definitely don't want.

The mods still has issues and body shape quality depends entirely on the preset and how extreme it is. You'll have to try for yourself and decide if the quality is good enough for you.
Because of the shadow bug issue and various other things (some pants not adapting for boots, for example) I wouldn't recommend exporting the entire suite into your Skyrim directory, rather just what you personally want to use. But that's just me.

Unless you're an absolute skin-and-bone twig, the average fit person has enough body fat to last them a few days. Any body fat that causes pudge or an out-of-shape look will only be used in extreme scenarios. So if there was any doubt, it's gone now: Enderal confirmed to backup your current Skyrim directory and install directly into it: it's apparently unavoidable because of Steam, and the Steam version of Oblivion was the same way.

It creates a backup in Skyrim/EnderalLauncher/backup, but if you want to be super-careful, you should make your own backup copy before even starting Enderal launcher exe. Just remember to make a backup of the steam Skyrim directory AND user's Documents\My Games\Skyrim (ini files, saves, log files).
So you're not gonna be able to choose between the two.

I've run servers for a bunch of game.
desu the only fun part is abusing your powers.
Worth it, though.
I've taken out pretty much every mod I can think that would eat up script, but I still get ctd after about 2 minutes of play.
Cleaned with tes5edit, used wryebash, tweaked ini settings, sorted with MO, game runs smoothly up to the point where it just ctds.
The last few things I installed were Wiseman's flora fixes, CCO, Lost Grimoire and Perkus Maximus. MO isn't telling me there's any conflicts though, what do I do?
