Just bought BBCPEX today. I'm more of a GG player, but altough I haven't played BB since CS I'm hype for Nine. Which characteses would be good to practice until CF comes to consoles and I can switch to Nine? I tried the characters quickly in training mode and I'm liking Mu-12 and Izayoi the most so far, tough since I didn't play any match that mostly means "Characters I had the most fun making up combos with".

Each release needs new playable characters. What is Amane's, Bullet's or Hibiki's relevance? The thing that annoys me about Tsubaki is that she's always going on about her own sense of justice but the problem is that she doesn't have one. During her time at the NOL her justice was to follow behind Jin since he was the ranking officer/ hero/ her love. Then when Jin defected her sense of justice revolved around either recovering Jin or killing her longtime best friend for taking Jin away from here. And when she could accomplish neither she followed the Imperator (even though some brainwashing was involved). And even before all this NOL shit went down her sense of justice was guided by the principles she learned from Hakumen's legend...Hakumen also being Jin.
That's the stupidity of it all, she preaches about following justice but her justice literally is Jin. Jin is justice to her even though Jin is an asshole.

There's a difference. Let's say your job is to kill the Imperator. If you're Kagura and therefore lawful you destroy the current government and install a new one in its place. Because you're lawful you cannot allow chaos to reign, you must establish order where there is none. If you're neutral, like Jin, then you kill the Imperator and then you help set up a new order only as much as you absolutely have to and only if it's in your own self interests. Because you're neutral, you don't necessarily care if there's order or chaos. If you're chaotic, like Azrael, then you blow everything up, give everyone the finger, and walk away as everything burns down. Because you're chaotic, you're an active enemy of law and order. Laws are nothing more than a restriction that must be broken away from and the only thing that's important is the freedom to do what you want.
It's hard to classify people into these roles because most people rest somewhere in the middle (i.e. neutral) but in fiction (especially one full of tropes like Blazblue) everyone is pretty easy to classify.

I know BBCP had that same attack rate thing if you used a move too much in a combo the opponent would turn blue and have a very easy time teching, so what does CF use? Bullet's Drive is her lock on. When you press Drive a ring appears around her, and when the opponent is inside the ring she'll lock on to him and launch herself at him. If she gets a successful hit then she'll heat up. The hotter she gets the better she gets. The lock on ring gets bigger so she can lock on from further away, her dash goes longer, she gets more follow ups from her lock on grab, her general damage potential goes up, and Flint Shooter travels further. When doing the install she makes herself get hotter by one stage (two stages total).

Terumi is super easy and his combos are auto tier but straight forward and not that good.
Azrael is easy and really good. It just takes a little bit to get used to his neutral movement. Though against other beginners azrael is an auto win pick because he of automatic frame traps from just mashing 5b
Bullet is kind of easy but she has wierd movement while also relying on her drive to get good so even though she's still pretty easy probably not so much for a beginner

Not the same. Lawful and Chaotic is an indicator of a character's acceptance or aversion to law and order. Does a character prefer the law and thinks that everyone would be better/ happier under a structured system of rules? Then that character is lawful. Lawful has its benefits too after all in a lawful world things act in a predictable manner. Then again the law could also be abused as well or used to further evil purposes. But just because a character is evil doesn't stop him from being lawful. Izanami is an example of a lawful evil character, everyone follows her rules that she sets and she has had an established order up until she abandoned it at the end of CP.
On the other side of the coin you have characters that actively oppose the oppressive law and advocate total freedom to do what you want. These are chaotic characters. They have no structure or little tolerance for being held down by other people's rules. A lawful character who tears down an evil government does NOT become chaotic. Since he's lawful he must build a new government its place. A chaotic character tears down the government and let the people do whatever they want afterward because fuck rules. Ragna is a chaotic character, he's out to destroy the NOL and has no intention on putting anything in its place when it's gone. Terumi is also a chaotic character as even his own crew have a difficult time reigning him in due to his playful, violent nature.
A neutral character is inclined to neither. Yeah he'll follow the rules of the government when it's convenient to him but will break away if it isn't. Rachel is a neutral character. She doesn't care if the NOL is in power nor does she care if it's torn down. As long as the world can continue to exist and she can protect it, she's happy.

Two big changes
1. The Pumpkin is gone. Like completely. In it's place we got the Coffin n Bats. Rachel puts down the Coffin and the Coffin lets out a group of bats. The Bats have no hitbox and if they're on the opponent then the opponent's health will be sapped away. However the poison effect is miniscule and only does like 300 points of damage before the Bats disappear. Yes the Bats can be moved around with the wind. Speaking of the wind...
2. Her wind regen has been nerfed. Takes about 10 seconds for it to go from 0 to 4 stocks however out of those 10 seconds it takes 7 seconds to go from 0 to 2. So only stocks 1 and 2 recover at a decent rate and if you use stocks 3 and 4 then expect to be grounded for a while.
There's also some other annoying changes like George's electricity lasting a very short time. Even though George no longer has a recovery time. But even still this means that Rachel's primary way of pinning people down have been taken away and we don't know if she's been given anything in return.

According to this interview of Sumeragi, she was the one who created the designs for Mai and Kajun (as well as for other original characters like Seifer and Taro).
