Why is Ike so godamn imcopetent in Smash 4?
He is slow, has tons of lag, lacks range, if blocked he is as exposed as Mighty No. 9 being a carbon copy of Megaman.
Him and DK are probably the only heavies done right in the series. Maybe with Melee Ganon.
He's actually rather good, not top tier, but good.
Keep away and space with aerials, unless you're fighting one of the top characters, you should be fine.

It has to do with the fact 360 was hardmodable to run burned copies, just like it was with ps1 and 2.
I guess most people who grown with burned games tried to keep it running, but as people aged, they started to get enough money for original copies.

Is Peace Walker's story the worst in the series? I'm a few hours in and I don't understand the motive of any of the characters or why most of this shit is happening. I know Metal Gear is convoluted, but I mostly understood MGS 1-4 and Portable Ops.
It's muddled, definitely one of the worst.
At least it has a fucking conclusion unlike V.

It's damage and speed are roughly the same as the fucking regular handgun for most of the game, and by the time you can upgrade it to be better then the regular handgun the red9 is comically better. All of this and it's the most expensive handgun to upgrade
The only real advantage it has is that you can move the pointer around really fast and it doesn't take up tons of space like the red9, but it's just not worth it.
