So Oath in Felghana is the third game in the series right? Will I miss anything or should I start with Origin? Which is the better game anyway?
>>343382530
Origin came out later, and it's set like a thousand years in the past, so it's not that tightly related to Felghana. Actually there's no big overarching story, and pretty much all games are self-contained.
Felghana is a popular favorite, but I liked Origin more. It's a more polished game, has different playable characters, each with their own storyline (only one of them is canon though), and I simplydon't like Adol.
>>343382530
You can start anywhere in the series without having worry about missing out on anything story related aside from ys 1 and 2 since they're directly connected. Ys origins has the bumper car combat which is definitely not for everyone. I recommend starting with oath in felghana, and branch out from there.

I meant ys 1 and 2 have the bumper car combat. My mistake
What are some games that can let me be aSPEEDY SPEED BOY
>>343382520
Initial d games
need for speed, the older ones
>no racing games with dynamic weather
>no games where it starts snowing heavily and the track gets covered in snow
>now games where this actually affects car behaviour
I just want more snow goddamn. Not just on the ground, permanently.
>Toriel
>keep picking spare to win
>progress is indicated by her dialogue changing
>Papyrus
>keep picking spare to win
>progress is indicated by his dialogue chancing
>Undyne
>you're supposed to flee even though picking spare changes her dialogue
Please explain. Was I just supposed to guess that the rules had been changed?
>>343382123
It's would just be boring if the game kept being the same, you gotta think out of the box sometimeThis is exactly what made sans's fight so satisfying
>>343382123
wait, doesn't toriel stop trying to kill you once you reach low HP?
>>343382276
She still attacks, but her attacks will avoid you until you slam yourself onto them yourself
I bought the Mega Man Legacy Collection a few months ago and have yet to play beyond 10 minutes
It includes:
>Mega Man
>Mega Man 2
>Mega Man 3
>Mega Man 4
>Mega Man 5
>Mega Man 6
Which do I play for the most fun?
And, which do I avoid or save until last?
Go for 5
stay away from 1
>>343382015
Just play them in order dumbass
>>343382172
I don't have that kind of time lad

I'm sorry
X6 was better
>>343381943
X6 had the worst level design.
X4, One, and FF8 are the best ps1 games
What is your honest preference? It says a lot about you.
>Dat Android 18 cut
Mph.
Whatever the one in the middle is called.
Two braided?
Short cut as a close second though.
>>343381567
The Jennifer Aniston cut
Distraction.
Is there any other reason a woman would fight in a thong?
There are so many fighting games which have at least one woman in a thong with her bare ass hanging out.
>>343381524
Maybe it's hot outside.
>>343381524
It's ideal to have the least possible amount of loose clothing as possible when fighting.
>>343381641
With a few exceptions, men never fight in thongs.
What games do this well? Anything that facilitates the feeling of dread or uneasiness in a subtle way
PT, without question.

Why are these RPG maker games almost always so depressingly dark.
>>343381335
Think about the demographic of people trying to make the games.
It's on ancient technology, made cooped up at their computer, often working alone with little interaction with collaborators, for no expected pay, for long hours.
Those kind of people might tend towards dark subject matter if you see what I mean.
>>343381132
If I remember correctly that game was alright, but then again I barely remember it.
On the RPGMaker topic though.
-Kirisame/Forest of Drizzling Rain.
-Seven Mysteries.
-Labyrinthine Dreams.
Were pretty good.

Real talk: romancing Jacob as femShep is one of the most disturbing things I've experienced in a video game. It feels like a porno. Some shitty 90's exploitation porno. It feels so gross.
What video game bosses are ruthless, heartless bastards?
Myyah Hawwa from Xenogears
Kane from Legacy of Kain (yes he's a boss in some games)
>>343380749
He also gets the most satisfying death
So I just acquired a lot of Wii Ware games.
Was anything WiiWare good or is it all shit?
WiiWare Kings
>>343380601
>So I just acquired a lot of Wii Ware games.
You need to elaborate OP. Did you just inherit someone else's Wii with a shitton of WiiWare downloaded on it? Or did you use homebrew to collect WADs for WiiWare games?
I did the latter once long ago. I found absolutely nothing worthwhile to play.Just Dr. Mario and Mega Man 9 which I both bought when they came out.
You're better off just playing bargain bin shovelware from Office Depot.
I'll be honest. I just don't have the 40 bucks to blow on Overwatch.
>>343380230
Ah, another person unfortunate enough to not know the ways of achieving a copy through the gods.
Heed my words and the gods might very well reward you with Overwatch
These are the famous words used by many of the gods
They are
"Get a job"
>>343380230
Congratulations.
When I don't have money for games, I remember that actually do, because I have a job and budget my finances around shit that I will be buying.
>>343380456
to play overwatch? no thanks
